1. What is Ultrafast Conversion?
Ultrafast Conversion allows you to convert video files much faster than usual without decoding and re-encoding a video. Usually, when you convert videos, encoding the video from one codec to another takes too much time. But the Ultrafast Conversion feature speeds up the conversion significantly, and there won’t any loss in quality while the video processing.
2. What is GPU acceleration?
The AVAide Video Converter software is optimized for GPU acceleration that is a kind of hardware acceleration technology used to process compute-intensive video encoding tasks on GPU rather than CPU to ease CPU burden for other tasks. Currently, AVAide Video Converter uses Intel Quick Sync Video, AMD OpenCL™ Accelerated Parallel Processing, NVIDIA NVENC, etc. to accelerate video conversion up to 2-3X real time faster.
3. How to know whether my computer is compatible with the software or not?
You can go to Settings to check the relevant information of your computer and compare them with the following content:

4. If I have problems with using the software, what can I do?
First of all, you should make sure that the software you are using is the latest version. Then you can go to the tutorial page of the software by clicking the Online Help option or the FAQ page of the product by clicking the Support option to find resolving solutions. Later, if you still have questions, you can click the Feedback icon to send your issues to our support team.
5. How to fix the error 4102?
If you see an error 4102 while using the software, there might be some problems with your email address, and you should change or modify your email address.
6. How to fix the error 4104?
If there is an error 4104 when using the software, the input registration code might be invalid.
Nowadays, to avoid the registration code being stolen and prevent the registration code's violation, we provide a single license that can only be used on one device for most products.
So, if you change a computer or reinstall the software on your computer, there will be Error 4104.
If you want to use the software on a new device, you can contact us through the email: support@avaide.com to apply for resetting your registration code. But it is worth noting that you cannot use the registration code on your old device anymore.
7. What can I do if the program has Error 4001?
Error 4001 means that your registration code might not be activated. Please get in touch with our support team to get the solution.
8. How to submit a review to you?

1. Can I evaluate the program before purchasing it?
Yes. There are free trial versions of all our products. Thus, you can go to the official website of the program you are going to purchase and download it to get its free trial version. Although there are very few differences between the free trial and the registered version, there are few limits to the free trial.
2. Is it secure to purchase programs from AVAide?

3. What is your license policy?
There are mainly two types of licenses: 1-Month License and Lifetime License.
The 1-Month License can only be used on one computer for one month. If you need to continue using the software, you should purchase the plan.
The Lifetime License can be used on one computer for a lifetime.
4. What payment ways do we support?

5. When will my credit card be charged?
After your order is processed successfully and completely, your credit card will be charged based on the price of the product you purchase.
6. How do I know if my order is processed successfully?
When your order is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email that contains the registration code.
7. Is there an invoice or recipe after the purchase?
Yes. There is an electronic invoice or recipe for each order. Once you purchase successfully, we will send you a confirmation email which contains the invoice as soon as possible.
8. Can I use the software on another computer if I purchase a single license?
A single license means that you can only use the program on one computer. Thus, you cannot use this software on another computer after registering it. Otherwise, you will get Error 4104.
9. What should I do if I do not get the registration code?
If you do not receive the email with the registration code an hour after the purchase, you can contact our support team to get help.
10. What should I do if I buy the wrong program?
It can be divided into two conditions: If you believe that you might use the "wrong program" in the future, you can keep it; if you insist that you purchased the wrong one, you can contact us, and we will refund after the confirmation, but please purchase the right program first.
11. Can I cancel the order after placing AVAide products?
Our products all have the free trial version, so you can check whether the product meets your needs or not before the purchase. In addition, you cannot cancel the order because the order is processed automatically.
12. What should I do if the payment fails?
Please clear your browser's cookies and ensure that the network connection is stable.
13. Why is the price on your website different from that in the cart?
Because the price on our website does not include the tax. While the payment platform charges taxes for orders vary with the districts and the tax policy.
14. What shall I do if there is no order record of my email?
If you have bought our software, you can check your order record in the confirmation email. You also can contact our support team.
15. How long is the registration code valid?
The 1-Month license is valid for one month on one device, and the Lifetime license is valid for your whole life.
16. What should I do if the registration code is invalid?
First of all, you should make sure that the software you want to register is the one you have purchased. Secondly, please open the registration email to check the email address and copy the code again. Finally, if it is still invalid, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team.
17. What should I do if the registration code is expired?
The registration code only remains valid during the subscription period. So, you have to pay attention to the plan you have purchased and the number of computers for registration.
18. What should I do if I lose my registration code?
Please get in touch with our support team and leave the email address you used to purchase the program.
19. How to register the product after receiving the license?
Please go to the Help menu and choose the Register option to register the software. You also can just click the Register icon to input your email address and the registration code to finish the registration.
20. How can I get the refund?
