Refund Policy

AVAide provides a professional after-sales support team for every customer. If you want to apply for a refund, you can contact support@avaide.com and get a timely reply within 24 hours. All customers under the accepted circumstances are entitled with the 30-day Money Back Guarantee.

Part 1. Refundable Circumstances

Under the guidance of the 30-day Money Back Guarantee, AVAide approves refund applications for the following circumstances.

A.Purchase Issues

1. Wrong Purchase – The refund of the customer’s wrong purchase will be approved after the correct purchase from the official website of AVAide.

2. Duplicate Purchase – If you purchase the same product twice within 48 hours, you can exchange to another AVAide product or get a refund for one of the products.

B.Registration Issues

1. Wrong Registration Information – If you cannot complete the conversion task normally due to the wrong registration information, and you have no need for the product anymore, AVAide will refund your order.

2. No Registration Code Received within 24 Hours – If you don’t receive the registration code in the functional mailbox within 24 hours after the purchase, and you fail to get a timely reply from AVAide support team within 48 hours, AVAide will offer you refund.

C.Product Issues

Existed Technical Problems – If our support specialists attest to a serious technical issue with our product and no solution is provided within 30 days, AVAide will perform a refund if the customer does not intend further upgrades or solutions.

Kindly Note:

Since our product is virtual software, we cannot retrieve the registration code once sent. Furthermore, we do not know whether the customer has used the registration code. Therefore, if the customer insists on a refund, we will deduct 20% of the purchase price as a fee. Thank you for your understanding.

Part 2. Non-refundable Circumstances

AVAide will offer no refunds in the following situations.

A. Purchase Issues

1. Payment Complaint – AVAide cooperates with third-party payment platforms and cannot monitor authorization during the payment process. If you suspect credit card fraud or other unauthorized payments, contact your card issuer immediately to resolve the issue. Once an order is processed and completed, it cannot be canceled.

However, AVAide will exchange the purchased product for another product if the customer wishes.

2. Purchase so-called wrong product from AVAide and so-called correct product from another company – AVAide won’t refund your money back in this case.

3. Misunderstanding of Product’s Features and Capability – You can check the product page and try its free trial before you purchase it. So, AVAide cannot offer a refund when you lack the understanding of the product’s functionality. However, AVAide can replace with the correct one on the condition that price difference between the products is less than $20 within 48 hours.

4. Price Differences Between Different Channels – AVAide will not accept the refund application due to price change or purchase from promotion campaigns.

5. Change of Mind after Purchase – If you change your mind after purchase, AVAide will not refund.

B.Registration Issues

1. Wrong Operation by Customer – If you fail to register because of your wrong operation instead of the valid registration information. In this case, AVAide cannot issue a refund.

2. Incorporation with AVAide Support Team – If a customer refuses to cooperate with AVAide support team when encountering the technical problems in our product, AVAide will not refund.

C.Product Issues

1. Digital Copyright Protection from iTunes or Other Places – Our products CANNOT convert files purchased from iTunes or other places due to digital copyright protection and we have already made the clear statement of this issue on our website. So, AVAide doesn’t offer a refund under the circumstances.

2. Wrong Version of the Software – AVAide won’t refund your money when you purchase the wrong version of the software that cannot be compatible with your computer. However, we will exchange the product for you if needed.

3.Expiration of Period of Validity – If your order has exceeded the period of validity and you run into the technical issues after software update, AVAide won’t refund.

D.Exceeding 30 Days

AVAide won’t accept any refund application for more than 30 days.
